DISCUSS A TRANSFER WINDOW REVIEW
Private analysis · 75–90 min session · 30-day action plan

After The Window

The window gives you evidence.

Deals that moved.
Conversations that disappeared.
Clubs that replied.
Clubs that did not.
Players that reached the right market.
Opportunities that never reached negotiation.

The dangerous part is entering the next window without knowing why.

How It Works

Your situation. Not generic theory.

01

Pre-Work

You submit your real situation: market, players, clubs, conversations, outcomes and the problem you want reviewed.

02

Majlis Analysis

Your material is reviewed before the session, so the Review starts with diagnosis rather than background collection.

03

Private Review

75–90 minutes with Andreia Pinto focused entirely on your transfer-window situation.

04

Action Plan

Within 48 hours: three priorities, immediate actions, what to stop and your next 30-day direction.

What You Leave With

Not more theory. Better decisions.

A clearer view of what happened and what needs to change before you enter the next window.

01What weakened your process
02What should be repeated
03What needs to stop
04What deserves attention now
05What must change before the next window

Do not carry an unexplained failure into the next window.

If the question is no longer “what should I do?” but “what should I do in this situation?”, this is the next step.
